Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.
We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Remember that the packaging we use is recyclable and plastic free. Please recycle it when you remove your order!
Our shipping service will deliver your items from Monday to Friday to the delivery address indicated at the time of placing your order. The shipment is made by Correos Spain and Correos Light International. We will provide you with the tracking number so you can locate your order at all times.

Where do we ship?
Currently, we ship orders to Spain, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. Overseas we ship to Europe, the United States and Canada.
We do not make regular shipments to Ceuta and Melilla as well as post office boxes. However, if you need a special shipment to a destination that is not contemplated, you can write us to find a method that suits your needs.
Do I have to pay import any taxes?
No, all taxes are included in the price of the order. However, if taxes and duties have been generated other than those included in your order, please contact the Customer Service Team (682435631) for assistance.

My order is not correct
It is not our wish that customers receive articles whose quality is not optimal. Please, contact us as soon as you discover any fault so we can help you. Get in touch immediately with the Customer Service Team (682435631) and tell us the following information:
Exchange and refund policy
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased parts, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return it. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The full refund will be processed in the same way as it was paid within 21 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. As proof of your return, we recommend that you keep the bill as proof of your package. The shipping costs of the returns are borne by the buyer.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.

If your order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to change it before delivery. You have the option to cancel it, but you must do it quickly. However, we can not promise that you can cancel the delivery if you have already received a confirmation email informing you that your order has already been sent.
